Peter Frank
Peter Frank cut his teeth in the Halcyon days of Radio in the late 80’S as an announcer for such legendary stations such as Sydneys 2SM ,Triple M and pirate radio station KIX 106 in Canberra.
He made the perilous transition to television while in Canberra, working as a Promo producer for Capitol Ten…the mission, make the station look fresh and exciting, a daunting task in the land of public servants.
From there it was back to South Australia and a stint at the fast paced world of GPFM TV, producing on the early (and best) Grand prix races in the city of churches.
Next stop Melbourne and several stints at Sportsbrand Media, producing Sportshow’s for the international market along with V8X a locally based motorsport program for the Ten Network.
From there the free-lance market beckoned and the rest is history……

Andrew Sugarman
Andrew started his career in television as a Prize Co-ordinator with Grundy’s Game Shows, which gave him a powerful insight into the connection between TV and marketing. It wasn’t long before he shifted into the creative side of the business, as Copywriter for the New Price is Right.
Moving to Channel 7 saw Andrew spent over 2 years learning the ropes as a Producer/Director of On-air Promos, working with Sport, News, Comedy, Drama and blockbuster movies. An offer from Nine saw Andrew return to writing game shows at GTV, as well as ‘Carols by Candlelight’, and as Head Writer for the ground breaking ‘Home Shopping Show’ before moving to Village Roadshow as Head of Television.
Andrew spent just under 20 years creating TV and Video projects for Village Roadshow, including producing and directing theatrical trailers, (‘Crackerjack’), TV and radio campaigns (Harry Potter, Batman), and directing TV coverage for Red Carpet Premieres, On-set location shoots and Media Junkets (Lord of the Rings, The Matrix) before turning his hand to freelance work. (King Kong, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, The Prestige)
The introduction of digital technology saw Andrew adding Final Cut editing skills to his repertoire as an experienced writer, lecturer, producer and director with literally thousands of TV, Video and Internet commercials and programs under his belt. Working freelance over the last 3 years has coincided with the rapid rise in the Internet as the medium of choice for so much Video that the decision to focus more closely on Picture Mill’s web design division was an easy one.
